ArtCamp at The Polygon Gallery: A Look Back

We’re still thinking about this year’s Industry Open House at The Polygon Gallery — a day filled with connection, creativity, and some seriously fun camp-inspired details.

The theme? ArtCamp.

Think: nostalgic summer camp vibes with a polished, playful twist. It was the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of catching up with industry friends, sharing great food and drinks, and showing off what we do best — together.

As one of this year’s catering partners, we had the chance to bring the theme to life through food —
and what’s a camp event without a canteen?

At the ArtCamp Canteen Shop

Guests stopped by our playful food station for nostalgic favourites with a modern twist, including:

🍔 Campfire Sliders
Ground chuck patty, aged cheddar, crisp iceberg, smoked tomato, and brioche roll

🖍️ Crayon Bites
Rainbow veggie jars with “poster paint” dips:

Sunshine Yellow – Curried Aioli, Forest Green – Herb Emulsion, Barbie Pink – Beet Hummus

🥾 Trail Mix Favour Bags
Smoked almonds, candied pumpkin seeds, popcorn, and M&Ms

Every menu item was designed with the ArtCamp theme in mind — whimsical, nostalgic, and just plain fun.

But what really made this event so special was the incredible group of vendors who brought the whole experience to life. We’re always in awe of the creativity, collaboration, and community in this industry — and this year’s event was a perfect reminder of that.
