An old vintage car and private airplane hangar. Can you think of anything else more cool? Our first shoot at Fraser Valley’s newest modern venue “the hangar” was a perfect vision to bring the venue’s chic and modern aesthetic to life. The vibe was set as we brought city chic to White Table Catering’s Newest Venture, the hangar Venue.
Our team had a wonderful time working with DreamGroup Planners and Kristy from Blush Wedding Photography designing this modern and chic shoot. We wanted to blend together black and white elements, trendy food and beverage and highlighting the stunning blank canvas The Hangar Venue has to offer.
“We want The Hangar to be a place people can make their own. It can be dressed up or dressed down. This shoot really showcases both, which we love.”
The space is also a great venue for showcasing cars. Being used for multiple car events already, the large hangar door acts as a great feature for allowing cars to drive right in to the space.
“When they asked about using a classic car for the shoot we immediately jumped on it and offered our black MG British sports car. We thought it would be a great addition to launching the space with our own car”.
Mark & Carly (owners of The Hangar Venue and White Table Catering & Events)
The beautiful white bar showcased is also a feature included when booking this new space along with other furniture pieces including cane barstools, cocktail tables (included in rental), white bar shelves (available to rent) and white lounge chairs that you can find in the multiple spaces available throughout the space.
The White Table Culinary team designed a trendy and city chic menu showcasing the black and white theme with fun casual food and show stopper desserts. Menu items included a Black and Bleu slider with a charcoal bun, crispy Parmesan Fries and a Salmon Rillette. Our incredible in house pastry chef Ellexis made the chicest desserts. A Black and Gold Tiramisu Entremet, a Panna Cotta with a raspberry compote and a dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream sandwich with homemade dark chocolate wafers. All available on the WT menu for purchase at the venue and at any off-site event throughout the city.
